Many organisations moved to Microsoft 365 without moving their records discipline with them, and now struggle with duplicated files, lost versions and retention obligations they cannot prove. This course shows records and information officers how to build a file plan in SharePoint, apply metadata and retention labels, manage access, and meet the National Archives and POPIA requirements that apply to their documents.
