Afriskora Training Solutions ("Afriskora", "we") is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website and our training services. You can contact our Information Officer at info@afriskora.co.za.

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, organisation and country.
• Training details: courses of interest, preferred dates and format, number of delegates, and messages you send.
• For Afriskora staff only: account details (name, email, a securely hashed password and two-step verification settings). Clients and learners do not need accounts.
• Messages you type into the Ask Afriskora chat assistant. Answers are generated by an AI model run by Cloudflare on our behalf; we keep chat transcripts so our team can follow up and improve the service. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
• Booking and attendance records, and certificates issued, when you attend training.
• Limited technical data needed to keep the site secure, such as a one-way hash of your IP address for spam and abuse prevention.

• To respond to your enquiries and send quotes, invoices and joining instructions.
• To deliver training, record attendance and issue and verify certificates.
• To provide reports your employer needs for skills development, where you train through your employer.
• To send you training news, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep our website and systems secure and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, email and payment processing), under agreements that require them to protect it, with your employer where they book training for you, or where the law requires it. Some of our service providers store data outside South Africa; we only use providers that offer an adequate level of protection.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example tax and certificate records).

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, and withdraw consent for marketing. Email info@afriskora.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, two-step verification for staff and hashed passwords to protect your information.
