Without good planning, technicians spend much of their day waiting for parts, permits or access. This course teaches maintenance planners, supervisors and engineers how to build a backlog, plan jobs with accurate scopes, estimates and materials, schedule around production, coordinate shutdowns and measure schedule compliance, using CMMS examples.
