Generative AI is already changing how reports are written, data is summarised and customers are served. This hands-on course shows professionals how to use leading AI assistants to save time without putting quality, confidentiality or compliance at risk. Participants practise on their own work tasks and leave with a personal playbook of prompts and checks.
