## Overview

Process maps drawn in workshops rarely match what happens inside the ERP. Process mining reads the event logs that systems already record and shows every path a case actually takes, with its delays and rework. This course teaches participants to run a process-mining analysis, quantify the cost of variation and build a credible automation roadmap that combines robotic process automation, workflow tools and AI.
